CIVIL ENGINEER

1K Associates is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for ongoing construction projects in Punjab.

Lahore, Punjab

Preference

Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
registration is mandatory.
Specialization in Structural Engineering,
Construction Management, or Geotechnical
Engineering will be an added advantage.
PMP certification will be preferred for
project management roles.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and execution of construction projects (buildings / infrastructure).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and BOQs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
(for planning roles).
Sound understanding of quantity surveying, site supervision, quality control and construction standards.

SITE KNOWLEDGE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).
Ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
Coordination with contractors, vendors and labor workforce.
Monitoring and reporting daily site progress.
