CIVIL ENGINEER

1K Associates is seeking a professional and experienced Civil Engineer to join its team for ongoing projects in Punjab. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and capable of managing site operations effectively.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    (PEC registration is mandatory).
  • Specialization in Structures, Construction
    Management, or Geotechnical Engineering
    will be an added advantage.
  • PMP certification (preferred for project
    management roles).

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
    in project management and execution
    and construction projects (buildings /
    infrastructure).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods,
    materials, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
  • Proficiency in:
    • AutoCAD / Civil 3D
    • MS Excel and reporting tools
    • Primavera or MS Project (for planning roles)
  • Sound understanding of:
    • Quantity surveying
    • Site execution and supervision
    • Quality control standards.

SITE KNOWLEDGE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling of construction materials (cement,
    steel, aggregates, etc.).
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
  • Coordination with contractors, vendors, and
    labor workforce.
  • Monitoring and reporting daily site progress.
